At Clarke Scott we pride ourselves on customer care and we would like to think that our clients would come back to us and also refer us onto their friends and family.

We like to reward our clients for loyalty and offer the following:

Loyalty Scheme

We reward our clients if they decide that they were happy with the service they received the first time.  This obviously means that we have done our job properly!

We will discount our standard selling fees by 10% the next time you sell a property through Clarke Scott.

Referral Scheme

The best business that we can receive is through a referral from one of our clients because, as mentioned before, this means that we have done our job properly.

If you are or have been a client of Clarke Scott and you recommend somebody uses Clarke Scott to market their property then we will give you £25 worth of gift vouchers of your choice when their house sale has completed.

We also offer this scheme through SMC if you refer a new customer for a Mortgage or Re-Mortgage.

If you are a client and recommend somebody to us for mortgage then you will receive £25 worth of gift vouchers of your choice when the mortgage completes
